Stone wool profile fillers for trapezoidal sheets – non-combustible A1
DnM Dämmstoffe nach Maß GmbH in Wesel, Germany, manufactures full profile fillers (eave and ridge fillers) from non-combustible stone wool for all common trapezoidal profiles. Available at 40 kg/m³ or 150 kg/m³, as pieces, bars or special lengths – sealed in PE film on request. Every filler is CNC-cut to match the profile shape.

Full profile fillers for trapezoidal sheets
A full profile filler completely fills the corrugation of the trapezoidal sheet. This neatly closes open corrugations at gutters, ridges, verges, wall connections and penetrations. Because we cut every filler to the profile shape, it fits tightly – without trimming on site.
Non-combustible profile fillers – stone wool A1
Our profile fillers are made of stone wool and are non-combustible (A1). On large roof areas with trapezoidal sheets, the fire safety concept often calls for non-combustible profile fillers. The requirements for your project are set by its fire safety concept – we supply accordingly.
Density 40 kg/m³ or 150 kg/m³
The stone wool comes in two densities: 40 kg/m³ as the light version and 150 kg/m³ when more dimensional stability is required. Tell us what the profile fillers are used for – we will advise you on the choice.

We supply profile fillers as individual pieces or as bars. Special lengths are cut on request. For clean handling and protection against moisture during storage and transport, all fillers are also available sealed in PE film.
