Insulation wedges made to measure – counter-slope, roof edge and triangular fillets
DnM Dämmstoffe nach Maß GmbH in Wesel, Germany, CNC-cuts insulation wedges for flat roofs, parapets, drains and wall connections: counter-slope wedges (also called cricket or saddle wedges), roof edge wedges, triangular fillets and trapezoidal wedges – in all common formats and in special sizes, from a single piece to series.
Counter-slope wedges for drains and parapets
Counter-slope wedges create a second fall towards the drains and divert water around rooflights, parapets and upstands. We supply them in the common formats 1000 × 500, 1000 × 600, 1000 × 1000 and 1200 × 600 mm with a start thickness from 5 mm – and in any special size according to your tapered insulation plan.
Roof edge and trapezoidal wedges
Roof edge wedges form the transition from the roof surface to the parapet or wall. Trapezoidal wedges are supplied in lengths of 1000 or 1200 mm with an individual cross-section, undercut on request. Materials: XPS (extruded polystyrene), EPS, graphite EPS, PU, stone wool (150 kg/m³), foam glass and calcium silicate.
Triangular fillets
Triangular fillets in XPS, PU or stone wool are available in the standard sizes 30/30, 50/50 and 100/100 mm, in lengths of 1250 mm (XPS) or 1000/1200 mm (PU, stone wool). Other dimensions are cut to order.
Delivery
We deliver from Wesel throughout Germany in 3–5 working days, next-day delivery is possible. To the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland we deliver in 5–7 working days – to your warehouse or directly to the construction site.
