Standard boards rarely fit exactly: roof edges, penetrations, upstands, trapezoidal sheets or roller shutter boxes need their own dimensions. At DnM you order insulation boards made to measure in exactly the dimensions your project needs – as a single special board or as a series for an entire building project.
Typical applications are tapered insulation for flat roofs, counter-slope and roof edge wedges, profile fillers for trapezoidal sheets, roller shutter box insulation and shaped parts according to drawing. CNC cutting: reproducible instead of manual
With CNC cutting the machine takes over your drawing: we create the cutting program from DXF or DWG files, PDF or a dimensioned sketch. The tolerance is below ±1 mm; deviations within this tolerance are deemed compliant under our terms and conditions.
In practice this gives you three advantages: identical parts stay identical – whether you order one piece or a hundred. There is less cutting waste and rework on site. And you save the time of measuring, marking and sawing boards on site. There is no minimum quantity; every enquiry is quoted individually.
Custom insulation from a single source
By custom fabrication we mean more than just cutting. We support you from measurement to delivery: with help measuring, a parts-list service and preparation of your documents. If you have no CAD data, dimensioned hand sketches are enough – we take care of the rest.
You receive the finished parts ready for transport on pallets. Within Germany we deliver as standard within 3–5 working days after order confirmation; delivery times to other countries on request. Express delivery is available for urgent projects on request. Special constructions, composite build-ups and sealed insulation for suspended ceilings are also possible – contact us with your specific build-up.
