Thermal and sound insulation for the box
Uninsulated roller shutter boxes are a weak point in the facade. Insulation cut exactly to the box dimensions improves thermal and sound insulation – for new windows as well as for refurbishment.
Materials and thicknesses
Graphite EPS, EPS, XPS (extruded polystyrene) or PU, in any thickness – there are no standard thicknesses because every box is different. Aluminium-faced or self-adhesive versions on request.
Side parts, covers and wedges
We also cut side parts, boards for inspection covers and special shapes by CNC. Insulation wedges are available to suit VEKA and EXTE roller shutter boxes.
Delivery
We deliver from Wesel throughout Germany in 3–5 working days, next-day delivery is possible. To the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland we deliver in 5–7 working days.
